Marsden Maritime Holdings Limited (MMH) grants to the Customer, and the Customer takes, a licence (on a short-term casual or monthly rental basis) to use the Berth at Marsden Cove Marina (Marina) for the purpose of berthing the Vessel on the terms and conditions set out in this Berth Application and the Berth Rental Terms and Conditions (Terms) (together, the “Agreement”). Any capitalised terms used in this Berth Application have the same meaning as provided in the Terms.

Notwithstanding “Departure Date” stated above, the Agreement can be terminated by either party on 10 Working Days’ notice (see clause 2 of the Terms). Note: 48 hours’ notice required to shorten bookings, extensions subject to availability. The Berth Rental Fee differs between Daily Casual and Monthly Rental and is stipulated in the Marina Price List which is attached to this application form. See clause 3 of the Terms for conditions of payment and the ability for MMH to review and adjust the Rental Fee.
