Hardstand Charges Include Ladders and Water. Haul Out Capacity: Beam 11.5 metres, Weight 80 tonnes, Length 35 metres [vessel Length is defined as total length overall]. Wash is waterblast only [i.e. hulls that require scraping will incur additional cost]. Lift and hold for survey or service, charged at lift and hold rate – wash is extra. Storage charge while occupying service provider’s shelters – 50% of Hardstand Daily Rate.
All contractors working on site must be a Marsden Cove Marina “Approved Contractor”. Vessels are lifted and stored at Owner’s risk and otherwise on the terms and conditions of the Haul-Out and Hardstand Contract. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required when booking a lift back into the water from the Hardstand. A cancellation fee of 50% of the lift rate will be incurred to any change or cancellation within 24 hours of booking. All prices [which are stated exclusive of GST] are subject to change without notice. Marsden Cove Marina is owned and operated by Marsden Maritime Holdings Ltd.
